It holds 4.5 on Google from more than 3,500 reviews and stays open in winter, not only in the season.
About the place
The place was created by Ilie Jeciu, a former navy diver and now a commercial diver, who has been collecting diving gear and maritime objects for more than two decades. The dining room and terrace display heavy diving helmets, cast-iron boots, decompression chambers, sonars, old anchors, a ship's wheel recovered from a stranded vessel and a damage-control panel from a Russian ship.
The menu has fish from local fishermen, fish soups, smoked bonito, sea bass cooked on the griddle with polenta and garlic sauce, carp in brine, mussels in wine sauce and prawns. It holds 4.5 on Google from more than 3,500 reviews; some reviews say service is slow at peak times.
