The complex stands on a high cliff above Olimp beach, about 10 km from Mangalia. It has 150 apartments, from 34 m² studios and two-bedroom apartments up to 440 m² penthouses; all have a kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony, and breakfast is included.
The resort is less than 50 metres from the sea and has a private beach, laid out and marked off for its guests. The website presents the Leto restaurant and the MedSpa centre. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
